Just a note to say thanks for the craftsmanship and professionalism that went into the "backyard project". My deck is awesome. I look forward to many summer nights just sitting there enjoying the yard. My life is pretty fast-paced at times, having a place to get away from it all, just out the back door is worth every penny! It passed the inspection test from my Dad, and that's a tough test.
As the spring rains just kept coming and coming, (ramblin luck to build a deck in the 2nd wettest spring in Chicago history) you kept it on time and your guys kept the strain on my back yard to a minimum. Then, as the deck was being finished, not only did your guys help deliver my new backyard furniture but you all went beyond the call and put it together. Just when I thought you and your crew was ready to head out after the job my catering guys show up for my backyard party (that we were scrambling to have the deck ready for). It should have been no surprise to me that
you and your guys were helping set up backyard tables and helping get the party together. That's service.
I take the job of getting my message to my Radio listeners very seriously, when I share experiences with listeners who have made it possible for me to have a great little life I want to be sure I'm telling them about the best product possible for their hard earned dollar. When I speak of you, EcoVantage and PerfikDek, I know that the product and the people are the finest hands down.
In a business like mine too often we meet people do our thing and go on to the next item at hand. I want you and your wife to know that you have a new fan in both Gina and Me.
